My name is Matt Cronin, a film student at Emerson College. Just to give you an update about film projects I'm working on.
I have two projects in the making:
1. Silent Judas. Written by Ash Mahtani.
--Post-WWII drama. Mark Quincy is a sniper for the US troops, but has been hired as a bounty hunter, entitled with the task of rounding up certain Nazi leaders and bringing them to justice. Together with his posse of ex-military troops, he sets out on an expedition deep into the Argonne forest to find the Nazis. But little does he know that one of his own men is the Nazi's son who is posing as an American in order to find his parents and met out retribution on the American troops.
2. Two Birds, One Bullet. Written by Matt Cronin
-- Short Romantic/Thriller. Sib is a member of an underground organization responsible for using crime and fear to have an influence over the city. However, some of the organization secrets have been leaked and traced to an outside civilian named Lesley. Sib is charged with finding out exactly how and who obtained the secrets and why she ended up with them. He is then ordered to kill her. But unknown to the organization, he has fallen in love with Lesley and cannot see why he must kill her. The organization then makes a discovery about Lesley that necessitates her demise. Even then, Sib hasn't the heart to kill her. Eventually, she is killed, and Sib must cope with the fact that in becoming too attached to her, he had lost sight of his duty to his organization and had betrayed their trust.
Still in development, these two projects will come to fruition sometime within the next 10 years...or less. God willing. I may be also transferring to Full Sail, which will give me more opportunity to work hard at making these films.
